N-Dubz have  just signed a 5 – album deal with Def Jam.

Dappy, Tulisa and Fazer – have signed a five-album record deal with Island Def Jam, and will be flying to Los Angeles in August to start recording with songwriters Dr Luke and Jim Jonsin. So now they are label mates with the likes of Rihanna and Kanye West.

According to the sun Fazer said the following:

“We are so excited to be signing with Def Jam. Getting a US deal is something we’ve been working towards for a while and we can’t wait to get out to the States and have our music heard globally. It’s gonna be a monster year for us.”

Its good to see UK Music getting noticed. Lets hope they go and represent like Jay Sean and Taio Cruz, not Lady Sovereign.
