After the success of his latest album, Raymond v. Raymond, Usher is gearing up to release the second part to his project in the form of an EP entitled, Versus.

The first offering from the new EP is the first single, “DJ Got Us Falling In Love Again,” featuring Latino rapper, Pitbull and produced by Max Martin, who has produced many past hits of Britney Spears and pop group *NSYNC.

Versus will surface August 24th, with the second single, “Hot Tottie” (produced by Polow Da Don) finding its way to radio August 9th.

Alexandra Burke reaffirmed her commitment to Haiti by paying a second visit to the recovering nation. The ‘Hallelujah’ singer saw the carnage left by the infamous Earthquake which rocked the country back in February first-hand, going back this week to assist with the work charity Save The Children have been doing to rebuild the country.

Props to Alexandra Burke. Its good to actually see a celebrity caring enough to follow up.

Jason Derulo’s fourth single ‘What If’

Nicki Minaj is currently hard at work filming the video for her new single, ‘Your Love’, from her yet-to-be-named debut album. Between scenes the rapper spoke to MTV News and highlighted that the song, which is the 1st single by a female rapper (as a lead artist) in 8.5 years to hit #1 on the Billboard Rap chart, peep what she had to say. she also spoke about Lil Wayne on how he’s holding up in prison.

I speak to Wayne, he’s in great spirits,” the Queens rapper told MTV News about her boss. “He’s hilarious, always making me laugh whenever I talk to him. He’s his same self it seems to me — just even more business-minded. I speak to him often. I know when he comes out, it’s gonna be a problem, ’cause he’s one of those people that needs to get out his thoughts. So I would imagine he would probably be in the studio for 60 days straight. He’ll probably do three albums the day he comes home.”
